Il Frutteto is set right in the heart of this attractive area in the peaceful residential outskirts of Lanciano, whose centre is 5 kilometres away. The sea is 12 kilometres away. Indeed, from its delightful 360¼ roof terrace, the view is of majestic mountain backdrop, beckoning coastline and thousands of acres of rolling, regimented, fruit trees (for the free enjoyment of all guests), vineyards and olive groves.
The house has been completely restored with quality fixtures and fittings - the grounds are totally fenced in, and include a lovely shared swimming pool - which must all make Il Frutteto the ideal holiday choice for two adults and two children.

Location

The nearest town for shops, and essentials such as banks, and chemists, is Lanciano - don’t miss the six-mouthed Fountain of the Borgo in Piazza Pietrosa dating from the 13th century. Electric gates and ample parking. Nearby the hospitable owners have their own independent house in the grounds. A covered outside eating area with wood oven overlooks the furnished swimming pool whose dimensions are 10m x 3.5m x 1.5m deep. Outside shower room, WC etc. Furnished roof terrace/solarium with 360¼ panoramic views. Steps down to laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
