We are delighted to offer this exciting new undiscovered area of southern Lazio, that borders the region of Abruzzo, and the wild beauty of the mountainous national park nearby.  We are even more delighted to introduce our clients to this area via this wonderful brand new two-floor villa. Backed by majestic mountains, and overlooked by the hilltop village of Pescosolido, with its welcoming white church, the property is surrounded by hillside vineyards and olive groves. Entirely fenced in and sporting a wonderful pool, sited amongst manicured lawns and flowerbeds, the house is owned by an Englishman who stays in an adjoining house during his infrequent visits.
Indeed, privacy and peace, set amongst spectacular mountain scenery, are the plus points of this property.
Air conditioning is not required here since the interior is light and airy and made for cooling breezes to waft through.  There are Insect screens on all doors and windows.

Location

The nearest shops and services can be found in Pescosolido three kilometres away. Frosinone is the area’s main city, thirty-eight kilometres away and Rome is just over an hour via fast autostrada.
Electric gates and short drive to private parking. The furnished swimming pool measures 12m long x 7m wide x 1.5m deep.
