If you’re looking for a lovely private house in Sardinia, ideal for a family - with a golden sandy beach  just steps away, and a large garden in which the children can play - this is it.
Beautifully located in a residential area, with bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance, we are just round the bay from Golfo Aranci, one and a half kilometres away.
There are two covered outside areas, one with barbeque, the other overlooking a gorgeous Mediterranean garden, mainly laid to lawn, with palms, bougainvillea and lots of natural shade. The property is detached and the garden encircles it. From the garden, a wooden gate, and a private pathway, lead guests to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Aranci - just 35 steps away!

Location

Essential shops, banks and chemists are to be found in Golfo Aranci while, for leisure purposes, beach shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance in the residential resort-village of Baia Caddinas. Parking is on-road but unloading can be done more or less outside the property. Entry is via a gate that opens on to a pathway and a few steps down. On the right is a covered, illuminated, eating area with barbeque. The other outside area is accessed from an inside sitting area and is softly furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs as well as dining table - ideal for grown-ups to watch over children while they play in the garden. Up some steep steps, therefore not so safe for young children, is a furnished solarium with magnificent sea views.
