General

This is a two-floor late 19th century villa, the grounds and ground floor of which are self-contained, private, and for our guests. The first floor is where the owners are occasionally in residence.
As you can see from our photos, the property is right on the sea and has the added bonus of a large well-furnished outside gazebo, with cooking range, for seaside dining and relaxing.
In fact, everything in this house is based around the sea - the lovely portico overlooks it, as does the delightful private garden, which is illuminated, lushly lawned and dotted with variously-sized palms.

Location

Essential shops, banks and chemists are to be found in Torre Archirafi. Entry into the property via high iron gates with covered parking immediately on the right. Short driveway past house, and outside shower, into the furnished garden and gazebo. A gate (used also by the owner), just past the gazebo gives private access down to the rocky seashore just below. Steps up to the portico which is ideal for taking breakfast or having pre-dinner drinks.
