From this handsome villa the views extend more than 15 kms to San Gimignano - City of Towers - and also over many hilltop villages and hamlets. In a superior position the oldest part dates from the 13th century. Refurbished some years ago it was redesigned with large spacious rooms. A porticoed terrace - wonderful for eating in the shade - leads onto lawn and trees.

Location

Immediately below are the Estate’s olive groves and, to one side, a fenced off 10m x 5m swimming pool.
All furnishings are comfortable and the bedrooms lead onto a large veranda on the first floor. There are two sitting areas, divided by the dining room, so ample space is available for a large group. There is, of course, a telephone for guests’ use.
The walled hilltop village of Monteriggione is only a quarter of an hour’s drive away, with two excellent restaurants. More restaurants are in abundance in the surrounding villages or on any route to Siena, Florence or San Gimignano - all within a half hour drive.

Swimming pool open between 15th May and 15th September (weather permitting).
