This characteristic property sits on its own peak and is surrounded by extensive scenery. It faces down over rolling countryside where each hilltop sports a tower, castle or magnificent villa, every one with its own history of power and influence. Each side of this house presents a different picture.
Casa Selva offers privacy and seclusion. It is surrounded by well tended gardens and the terraces are open to the sun in parts and shaded by trees in others.
The owner’s estate has a 16 x 8 metre swimming pool which guests to Casa Selva are welcome to use.

Location

Casa Selva is furnished in the style of a country house and is comfortable and spacious. The sitting room is sited, in traditional style, on the first floor with the dining room and kitchen at ground level. The owners live on the estate and are very helpful to their guests. There is the possibility of wine tasting in the fattoria whilst home made dinners can be prepared and delivered to the house by the owner, payable locally. Guests also have the use of a laundry room and a wireless internet connection which are located by reception.
The centre of Florence is only about 20kms away and for shopaholics there are many top brand outlet shops less than 2kms away. The pretty village of Incisa is a 10 minute drive for all immediate needs. Fiesole, just north of and overlooking Florence, is well worth a visit.

Ground Floor:

• Small kitchen with cooker, oven and fridge 
• One twin bedded room.

First Floor:

• Large sitting room with convertible single sofa bed 
• One double bedded room with wash basin 
• One twin/double bedded room  (please request preference at time of booking)
• Bathroom with WC etc. 
• Shower room with WC etc

There are insect screens on all windows

A washing machine in the reception area is available for the use of the guests.

Swimming pool open between 15th May and 15th September (weather permitting).
