A superbly positioned 15th century house, Poggio a Pecchio stands totally alone and is surrounded by the most enchanting scenery.
A wide veranda terrace that almost encircles the house, hangs over a lush landscape of natural beauty that is distinctively Tuscan and will keep visitors entranced for hours.

Location

There is also a furnished and covered terrace at the front of the house complete with working bread oven, looking over the gardens and swimming pool. There is the possibility of wine tasting in the nearby fattoria, whilst home made dinners can be prepared and delivered to the house by the owner, payable locally.  A wireless internet connection is also available at the reception.
All rooms have generous light and space and this, combined with comfortable furnishings and a good standard of fixtures and fittings, creates a warm welcome. Being concealed behind trees and bushes,
Poggio a Pecchio is a private retreat.
The pretty village of Incisa is nearby for immediate shopping and from  this perfect location, the centre of Florence is only 23 kms away (fashion factory outlets 1km). The renowned cities of Arezzo and Siena are both within an easy drive. Incisa  is idyllic for exploring the beautiful countryside and many centuries old, historical towns.

Layout

Ground Floor:

• Two sitting areas, one with fireplace, are divided by an arch and have doors onto the terrace 
• Dining room 
• Kitchen which has hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and doors to the terrace.

First Floor: 

• Access through a twin bedded room to a double bedded room which has ensuite shower room with WC etc. 
• Two twin bedded rooms one having ensuite shower room 
• Bathroom with WC etc. 
• One single bedded room 
• One double bedded room 
• Shower room with WC etc.

There are insect screens on all windows.

Swimming pool open between 15th May and 15th September (weather permitting).
