This lovely, spacious, stone house is situated in the rolling Chianti Classico hills between Siena and Florence. It has a lawned, enclosed garden and very pretty vistas over the hills. The above-ground swimming pool is 1.5 metres in depth all over - a good place for cooling off rather than for expert swimming. Guests at this property have use of a shared tennis court at neighbouring Villa Rustica.
Location
Converted to make living accommodation, the furnishings and fittings which have been installed are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Here too are more shower rooms than bedrooms.
The nearest shopping is either in Lecchi in Chianti or Radda in Chianti, each reachable by car in about ten minutes. Florence, Siena and San Gimignano can each be reached in about an hour by car. Locally there are hilltop villages with authentic restaurants, shops and markets.
