Location

Originally a farm dwelling, it is now three houses with independent entrances and there is a self contained cottage. Poised on the brow of a hill, it overlooks an exceptional vista. The swimming pool has been tastefully laid to the side of the building so the views from the houses are uninterrupted.The bar and shop in the tiny village of Moncioni are within walking distance whilst the large market town of Montevarchi is 7 kms away, in the centre of the triangle between Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Here there is a railway station and access to the Autostrada. Alternatively, the quieter country routes offer much in scenery and character villages.

Ground floor:

Sitting/dining room with open fireplace.

Kitchen area with hob and fridge.

Two double bedded rooms, one with two extra bunk beds.

Shower room with WC, etc.

Communal laundry room

Swimming pool open between 15th May and 30th September (weather permitting).
