This elevated property is a large ancient stone house with, what have to be, some of the most far-reaching views in all Umbria. And what views! Of medieval Todi 16 kilometres away, and distant, misty blue mountains, with green and gold patchwork hills in the foreground.
And from what a vantage point! The figure-of-eight swimming pool, or even higher, from the glorious garden, lawned, and shaded by swaying trees. The space can be enjoyed by children, and the peace and comfort are ideal for the adults - all in all, a perfect family holiday retreat.
This idyll is completely private, not overlooked, and the friendly local caretakers will even happily prepare delicious local dishes, on request.

Location

The nearest town for shops and essentials such as banks, and chemists, is indeed Todi. Do spare some time to visit its 13-15th century Piazza del Popolo, the centre of its civic life since the Etruscans. The small town of Ponte Rio is 14 kilometres away.
A steep two kilometre long unmade access road leads to ample parking. The lovely garden, that surrounds two sides of the house, is overlooked by an atmospheric covered loggiato or terrace. Below the house and garden is the furnished pool area whose dimensions are 7.25m x 4.5m x 1.20 depth. Separate laundry building with washing machine. Three bedrooms are air-conditioned (payable locally).

Open-plan sitting/dining room with open fireplace and French windows.

Kitchen with 4 gas ring stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and waist-high wood oven.

Six steps to :

Shower room, WC etc.

One double bedded room.

First Floor:

Two double bedded rooms.

Bathroom, WC etc.

Master double bedded room with dressing area and en-suite bathroom, WC etc.

Swimming pool open between 15th May and 30th September (weather permitting).
