When booking with Cottages to Castles all clients (UK and overseas) will automatically be covered under our Financial Failsafe Insurance policy.  This means that in the unlikely event of our insolvency not only is the money you pay is fully protected but also the costs of repatriation are covered.

This policy is arranged by Rock Insurance Services whose registered office is at 6 Magellan Terrace, Gatwick Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 9PJ and who are authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority under registration number 300317. 

The policy is underwritten by Northern & Western Insurance Company Limited, whose registered office is at Building 2, Nelson Spring Shopping Complex, Nelson Spring, Nevis West Indies and who are authorized and regulated by the Nevis Financial Services Regulation and Supervision Department under registration number 27608.
